Objective: Introduction to the project and gain understanding on what is an industry event

- What are the various roles and responsibility of each team member?
- What is an industry event?
- Research has to be done to find out more about industry events in terms of open house concept.

Reflections
Our first step was taken forward to the Cambodia FYP trip.
It is our first FYP meeting, whereby we got to know one another more, as we given out roles and responsibilities for the project. I am elected as leader as of the project.
I do hope that I can lead my team well, especially when we have to travel to Cambodia, in which non of us is familar with.

Either than the introductions of one another, we got to sit down to discuss on the direction of the project. It is the first time we will be planning an industry event, moreover it is not in Singapore. Insecurities will be present.

We tried to calm ourselves by being prepared.
Thus we have agreed to have the similar understanding of an industry event before proceeding.
Research work were given out to team members to find out more about what an industry event is all about.

In addition, the event were broken down into deeper details such as target audiences, venue of event etc, to give ourselves a better picture of what our event will be like, and for us to brain storm till the next meeting.
