-What are the various components that constitutes to the success of the event?
reflections We are kind of clueless to our project scope and directions and thus, we called in for help, from our fyp advisor, Harris.
All thanks to Harris, he provided a clearer picture on how we can plan our industry event.
From him, advices were given on how to set our objectives and goals, using his experience in the field on how industry event in the market are commonly like.
With that, we went on to further discuss on the goals and measuring the success of the event after the how trip.
As Cambodia's side wasn't as technologically advanced as Singapore, we were rather handcapped in finding more information, on the Prolung Khmer centre itself. We are lucky to have Harris to inform us what the centre is about, while showing us pictures of the centre, allowing us to have an idea on how to proceed on with our event, such as event venue.
Plus, the help that the centre needs, as we plan our objectives for our event.
After understanding more about what the centre faces, such as awareness, the team set down to discuss our objectives for the event, and setting up key performances indicators for direction and performance measures.
As we see that Singapore events mostly have a huge number of turnout rate, we did something similar, such as a turnout rate of 100 for the cambodian side.
We are confident that we will be able to make it!
